The ideal size depends on the space you have available and what you’ll be using your garden room for. Generally, a size of 3m x 3m is a good starting point for simple relaxation, however, you’ll need to factor in how big the area of your garden is and what furniture or apparatus you plan on putting inside the building.
Absolutely. We can both insulate and line your luxury garden room, giving you a versatile, attractive space that remains comfortable throughout the year.
Certainly, our design team will work with you to create the perfect interior layout, factoring in window placement and any partitions you might wish to add. We can also tailor your building with a range of aesthetic options such as paint colour, flooring style and fixture finish.
In most cases, planning permission is not required for garden rooms, as they fall under ‘permitted development’.

No. We do offer an electrical pack extra, so we can set everything up in the building to run off electricity, you will just need to arrange the final connection to the house yourself with a qualified electrician.
